Returns Policy
At GLOBAL MEGA SALES PTY LTD, customer satisfaction is important to us. We take great care to ensure that all products are supplied according to agreed specifications, quality standards, and contractual terms.
Due to the nature of our business as a wholesale, import, and export supplier, returns and replacements are subject to the conditions outlined below.
Eligibility for Returns or Replacements
Returns or replacements may be considered under the following circumstances:
- The product received is damaged during transit
- The product is defective or non-conforming to the agreed specifications
- The incorrect product was supplied due to an error on our part
All claims must be reported in writing within 7 days of receipt of the goods and must be supported by:
- Clear photos or video evidence
- Delivery documentation
- Original packaging details
Failure to report issues within this timeframe may result in the claim being declined.
Non-Returnable Items
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:
- Products sold in bulk, wholesale, or export quantities
- Goods customized or packed according to buyer specifications
- Products damaged due to improper handling, storage, or misuse after delivery
- Clearance, promotional, or discounted items
Damaged or Defective Goods
If a product arrives damaged or defective, Global Mega Sales will assess the claim and may, at its discretion:
- Replace the product
- Issue a partial or full credit
- Arrange a refund (where applicable)
All resolutions are subject to verification and approval by our quality control and logistics teams.
Refunds
Approved refunds, where applicable, will be processed using the original payment method or as a credit note, depending on the transaction type and contractual agreement. Processing times may vary based on banking and international transfer procedures.
Important Notes
- Shipping, customs duties, taxes, and handling fees are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed.
- Returns without prior authorization will not be accepted.
- This policy applies in conjunction with the agreed sales contract, invoice terms, and international trade regulations.
